Our Collection discount works as any Money off or Percentage off voucher, however, the discount is applied only for the items from the selected collection.

In order for the customer to get the discount, they need to claim it in the loyalty panel and then redeem it in the checkout. To make it easier, the reward button has a "view collection" hyperlink that redirects your customers to the collection.

This reward gives you the option to give money off for products in the entire collection - it is a great way to manage your inventory and promote a new collection!

1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account

2. Click on the tab, Manage

3. In the left-hand menu, under the 'Loyalty Program' section, click the Rewards section.

4. Then, click the 'Create New Reward' button in the top left-hand corner

5. Next, select the reward you need, either "Collection Fixed Discount" or "Collection Percentage Discount (voucher)"

5. Then, make changes to the reward settings that suits your needs.

Note: minimum spend will only be applicable to items purchased from the specific collection i.e in order to qualify for this discount a customer must meet the minimum spend set for items from this specific collection

6. Click on the button Create to save the changes and create the new reward.

Adding an expiration onto a reward can add urgency, encouraging additional purchase. Learn more about how to set this up

The customer would need to navigate to your Loyalty Page and find your collection reward from the Rewards section of the page.
