Free shipping rewards are available on Shopify and BigCommerce, from the Small Business plan up. On the Free plan you can add one from the Enhance LoyaltyLion page. To see which plans include what, see our pricing page.

Overview
A free shipping reward lets your customer spend points to have their shipping covered. You set the most you are willing to cover, and your platform applies the discount to any shipping rate at or below that amount.
How to set up a free shipping reward
Log in to your LoyaltyLion account
Go to Program, then Rewards
Click Create reward, then select Free shipping
Enter the Points cost. If your program has tiers, you set a cost for each tier instead
Under Details, set the Maximum shipping rate, which is the highest shipping charge this reward will cover
Set any of the optional settings below
Click Create
The Maximum shipping rate is not supported on BigCommerce.
Other settings
Customer redemption limit. How many times one customer can redeem this reward in a period you choose. See reward redemption limits
Inventory limit. A cap on how many can be redeemed across your whole program
Discount code prefix. Replaces the default LL- on generated codes. This needs the Advanced plan
Discount combinations. Whether this reward stacks with your other discounts
Availability. Which sales channels the reward appears on, and any country restrictions
A free shipping reward has no Shipping discounts option under discount combinations, because one shipping discount cannot combine with another. You can still let it combine with product and order discounts.
Reward expiry
Adding an expiration gives your customer a deadline, which encourages them to come back sooner. Reward expiry is available on Shopify, on the Classic plan and above.
