LoyaltyLion offers free shipping as a form of a reward for your customers to redeem!
Note: your platform will only apply free shipping to shipping rates less than or equal to the specified amount in the 'Maximum Shipping rate" section.
How to set up free shipping reward
Login to your LoyaltyLion account
Go to Program > Rewards
Click Create reward
Select Free shipping
Set up your reward
Click Create to save your Free shipping reward
Free shipping reward details
You can set up the Points cost and the highest amount you want to cover with this reward with the Maximum shipping rate.
Note: The maximum shipping rate option is currently not supported by BigCommerce.
