What can you do with the program?
The Dashboard - helps you review relevant statistics relating to your program
The Analytics tab - helps you review your referral and order analytics
The Insights tab - here you can access shopper-focused data to continue developing your program
In the Customers tab - you can see your shoppers and how they have interacted with your Loyalty Program
Via the emails tab - you are able to create and configure emails to customers including:
A Welcome to the loyalty program email
Reward available reminder email
Monthly reward reminder email
You can easily edit the content, design, and send settings of your emails within LoyaltyLion
These emails are helpful in re-engaging risky customers, converting guest customers, and more!
The Manage Tab
In the Manage tab - you can build the rules, rewards and set up the UI of the loyalty program.
A great place to start is to set up your program’s rules. Rules are actions that your shoppers can complete which they are then awarded points for.

Loyalty Program UI:
Loyalty Widget - this is the main display of your Loyalty Program. You are able to customise the widget in a few ways, including, either keeping, editing, or completely changing LoyaltyLion’s FAQ template, so your customers know what to expect when engaging with your program.
These help draw new, guest, and existing customers to your Loyalty Program every time they visit your site and shop with you.
