A quick run-through of what you can get from a Small Business & Classic plan LoyaltyLion program

Hello, and welcome to LoyaltyLion! In this article you have an overview of the features included in our Small Business & Classic plans, to show you how you can build out your loyalty program and what you can expect to work with when you join the pride.


What can you do with the program?

The Dashboard - helps you review relevant statistics relating to your program

The Analytics tab - helps you review your referral and order analytics

The Insights tab - here you can access shopper-focused data to continue developing your program

In the Customers tab - you can see your shoppers and how they have interacted with your Loyalty Program

Via the emails tab - you are able to create and configure emails to customers including:

  • A Welcome to the loyalty program email

  • Reward available reminder email

  • Monthly reward reminder email

You can easily edit the content, design, and send settings of your emails within LoyaltyLion

These emails are helpful in re-engaging risky customers, converting guest customers, and more!

Our points expiry email and the points expiry setting are available via a LoyaltyLion plan upgrade to our Classic Plans and above - if you are interested please ask your loyalty advisor or onboarding manager for more details.


The Manage Tab

In the Manage tab - you can build the rules, rewards and set up the UI of the loyalty program.

Rules:

A great place to start is to set up your program’s rules. Rules are actions that your shoppers can complete which they are then awarded points for.

Rewards:

When it comes to rewards that your customers are able to redeem via their points, you are able to set up.

Loyalty Program UI:

Loyalty Widget - this is the main display of your Loyalty Program. You are able to customise the widget in a few ways, including, either keeping, editing, or completely changing LoyaltyLion’s FAQ template, so your customers know what to expect when engaging with your program.

Notifications:

These help draw new, guest, and existing customers to your Loyalty Program every time they visit your site and shop with you.

There are Enhanced notifications available via upgrades to a LoyaltyLion Plus plan - if you are interested please ask your loyalty advisor or onboarding manager for more details on the pricing.

Separately, access to an integrated loyalty page along with LoyaltyLion’s software development kit which allows enhanced customisation, can be made available via a separate purchase or upgrade to the Advanced or Plus LoyaltyLion plan - if you are interested please ask your loyalty advisor or onboarding manager for more details on the pricing.

Integrations:

You are able to benefit from specific integrations through LoyaltyLion

Access to additional integrations are available either via a separate cost or a LoyaltyLion plan upgrade - if you are interested in the other integrations available you can view these via our help centre, and you can ask your loyalty advisor or onboarding manager for more details.
