How to Set up Sitejabber with LoyaltyLion
To successfully link your LoyaltyLion Account, you will need:
- A Sitejabber Business page
- An active LoyaltyLion account
Sitejabber steps:
1. Login in to your Sitejabber Business dashboard.
2. On the navigation sidebar, go to Loyalty Programs > LoyaltyLion Integration
3. Click on the Connect To LoyaltyLion button
4. Log in to your LoyaltyLion and select the account you want to link to Sitejabber and press Continue.
5. Authorize access through the Authorize button.
6. You will be redirected to your Sitejabber account where you can enable, disable or disconnect the integration.
LoyaltyLion steps:
1. Log in to your LoyaltyLion account and navigate to Manage > Create new rule
2. Select Custom rule to create a new custom activity.
Sitejabber has unique identifiers which will be used to create individual user-tracking activities:
sitejabber_company_review_reward - write a company review
sitejabber_company_photo_review_reward - write a company review including photos
sitejabber_video_testimonial_reward - write a company review including a video or create a video testimonial
sitejabber_product_review_reward - write a product review
sitejabber_product_photo_review_reward - write a product review including photos
3. On the identifier field paste the desired Sitejabber identifier you want to track.
4. On this page you can also set the number of points you want to reward your customers with for completing this activity as well as the display settings, the limits and the Approval method:
Immediate: The points will be awarded whenever the user completes the activity in Sitejabber.
Trigger: The completed activity will appear with a “pending” status until you manually approve it on the LoyaltyLion customer’s dashboard (Recommended).
5. Finish creating the activity by clicking the Create rule button
6. You can add different custom rules for the different Sitejabber identifiers:
7. Once the activities are triggered, you can review/approve them on the Customer’s Dashboard. (Users will need to use the same Loyalty program registration email address on Sitejabber to be credited for the activity).
Important Note: When creating a video testimonial or adding photos to a review, they should be added within 10 minutes of the review creation to be considered as a SJ Video Testimonial or SJ Company Photo respectively
