How to integrate LoyaltyLion with Opinew
You connect Opinew with your LoyaltyLion token and secret, then create a custom rule that Opinew completes when a customer leaves a review.
Log in to your Opinew account, go to Extra and Integrations, and click Integrations.
Click LoyaltyLion and select Enable LoyaltyLion Integration.
In LoyaltyLion, go to Settings, then General, and scroll down to Token and secret.
Copy the Token and Secret into the Opinew LoyaltyLion integration, and click Save.
In LoyaltyLion, go to Program, then Rules, and click Create rule.
Select Custom action.
In the Identifier field, enter left_review_on_opinew.
Set the Approval method to Immediate, and set the points your customers earn for a review.
Add a title and description for how the rule appears on your loyalty page, and click Create rule. The rule appears in your rules list.
