Gatsby is an integrated influencer and community management software for Shopify merchants. Allowing brands to automatically reward customers for publishing UGC on Instagram and TikTok.

The Gatsby/LoyaltyLion integration allows merchants to seamlessly connect their social media and loyalty programs.

How to integrate LoyaltyLion with Gatsby?

Full integration video:

  1. Ensure that both LoyaltyLion and Gatsby are installed onto the same e-commerce account.

  2. Log into the LoyaltyLion admin.

  3. Go to Manage.

  4. On the left find Configuration and click Settings.

  5. Scroll down and find your personal Token and Secret.

  6. Log into Gatsby and go to Integrations. Enter the Token and Secret in the LoyaltyLion integration panel.

  7. Go back to LoyaltyLion and create two custom rules, by going to Create new rule and choosing the Custom rule:

  8. You can create two different rules, one for Instagram mentions, and one for TikTok mentions.
    To reward Instagram mentions make sure the identifier is: ig_mention_gatsby

    To reward TikTok mentions make sure the identified is: tiktok_mention_gatsby

    Here is an example of an Instagram mention rule:

  9. You should now be able to see points being delivered in the customer profile.
