Cross-store rewards need more than one store on the same LoyaltyLion subscription, each running its own loyalty program. Without that, there is no second store for a reward to be used in.

Overview
A cross-store reward is claimed in one of your stores and used in another. It is a way to move your loyal customers between the brands you run.
To offer one you need more than one store under the same LoyaltyLion subscription, each running its own loyalty program.
Cross-store rewards are switched on per subscription. Contact our Support team at support@loyaltylion.com to have them enabled for your account.
How to set up a cross-store reward
Log in to your LoyaltyLion account
Go to Program, then Rewards
Click Create reward
Scroll down to the Cross-store section and choose the reward you want to create
Fill in the reward as usual, including the discount value, points cost and purchase type
In the Cross-store section, use Usable on to pick which of your stores the reward can be used in
Click Create
The reward then appears in your rewards list, marked with a Usable on label so you can tell it apart from your other rewards.
How cross-store rewards work
Each cross-store reward can only be used in the store you chose when you set it up. Your customers see which store a reward belongs to wherever the reward appears, so they are not left guessing where to spend it.
Seeing your results
Open the reward's ⋯ menu in your rewards list and click Manage codes. For a cross-store reward that page shows how it has performed:

Total revenue
1st purchase revenue
Every voucher code for the reward, with the customer who claimed it

How do I know whether my stores are under the same subscription?
Look for a Switch site button at the top of your LoyaltyLion admin. Click it and you will see every store on the same subscription.
Which reward types can be used as a cross-store reward?
Three of them: the Discount reward, and both collection discounts, Collection fixed discount and Collection percentage discount.
