Why LoyaltyLion and Recharge?

Recharge is the leading platform to launch and scale your subscription business. 

Using LoyaltyLion and Recharge together allows you to offer additional rewards and benefits to customers who become subscribers.

How to integrate LoyaltyLion with Recharge?

1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account
2. Click on the tab Manage

3. On the left-hand side of the screen, click Integrations > Manage 

4. Find Recharge on the list and click Install Integration button

5. You’ll get redirected to Recharge’s website. Please approve the integration, to finish setting up.


How to Set Up Subscription Rewards

Because Recharge and Shopify checkouts are separate, you need to create separate subscription rewards.

How to Add a Discount to an Existing Subscription?

You can find information on how to apply discounts to existing subscriptions in Recharge's documentation: 


Your customers can apply a discount within their customer portal in Recharge.


Recharge referrals

The Recharge integration allows you to reward customers who refer friends who purchase subscription-based products, as well as one-off purchases. When customers trigger the refer-a-friend rule, they will receive points, if the referred customer purchases a subscription-based product.


FAQ

Q. Are my Recharge customers automatically enrolled in the program?
Customers will only become enrolled in the program when they create an account in your store.

Q. Will customers get points for subscription orders even if they don't have Recharge integration with LoyaltyLion?
Subscription orders are still orders, therefore customer will still get points for them.
