LoyaltyLion has partnered with Yotpo so you can incentivise and increase mail after purchase reviews by giving your customers loyalty points.

LoyaltyLion has partnered with Yotpo so you can incentivise and increase mail after purchase reviews by giving your customers loyalty points.

1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account
2. Click on the tab Manage

3. On the left find Integrations and click Manage 

4. Find Yotpo on the list and click Install Integration button:

After this we will enable Yotpo for you.

5. Once the Yotpo is enabled click on Manage

6. On the left find Activity rules and click Create new rule

7. Select "Leave a review via Yotpo"

8. Enter your credentials - you will need to include your Yotpo API Key and Secret.

9. Once you have completed the steps, click Create rule.

Your customers will now automatically earn points when they leave a mail after purchase review!

We highly recommend telling your customers about the points they will earn in the Mail After Purchase - we suggest you add the following line: "As a thank you, you will earn X points" :

Q. Which reviews can earn points?
Reviews left in response to a MAP (Mail After Purchase), the email Yotpo sends following an order.

Q. Can we reward reviews left on site?  
No: Yotpo anonymises the email addresses of onsite reviewers most of the time, so we don't know which customer left the review.
