Adding a new site to your subscription
LoyaltyLion allows you to add a new site under an existing account and subscription. This means all added sites will share the same plan features.
You might gain access to new features, such as cross-store rewards, and you can easily switch between sites without needing to log in and out of different accounts.
Development stores:
Merchants can add their development stores to their account free of charge.
To add a new production store to your subscription, please contact your LoyaltyLion Customer Success Manager or email support at support@loyaltylion.com.
Adding a new site:
Log in to your loyalty program.
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage LoyaltyLion account from the drop-down.
Scroll down to Your loyalty programs.
Click on Create program button.
On the next page, select your ecommerce store's platform and complete the installation process.
Once finished, you'll see your new site in the drop-down menu and in the Your loyalty programs section.
During the installation process, a pop-up will prompt you to book a call with our Sales representative.
Instead, please contact your LoyaltyLion Customer Success Manager or email our support team at support@loyaltylion.com to discuss the feature charge and unlock your new production store.
Archiving a site
If you no longer want to see an uninstalled site, and want to remove it fully from your subscription, you can choose to archive it.
Log in to your loyalty program.
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage LoyaltyLion account from the drop-down.
Scroll down to Your loyalty programs.
Find the program that you want to archive, and click the three dots in the right-hand corner to show the drop down menu:
Click Archive Program and you will see the following pop-up:
Archiving a program does not delete the data in the program, but it does delete it from your list. You can ask to retrieve an archived site, but you would need to contact us via support@loyaltylion.com.
