Overview
LoyaltyLion allows you to add a new site under an existing account and subscription. This means all added sites will share the same plan features.
Please note that access to certain features may vary depending on the ecommerce platforms you use.
You might gain access to new features, such as cross-store rewards.
Additionally, you can easily switch between sites without needing to log in and out of different accounts.
Development stores:
Merchants can add their development stores to their account free of charge.
To add a new production store to your subscription, please contact your LoyaltyLion Customer Success Manager or email support at support@loyaltylion.com.
How to add a site under an already existing program?
Before adding a new site under an existing program, make sure to read our multi-site program documentation to understand the feature's limitations.
How to add a new site?
Log in to your loyalty program.
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage LoyaltyLion account from the drop-down.
Scroll down to Your loyalty programs.
Click on Create program button.
On the next page, select your ecommerce store's platform and complete the installation process.
Once finished, you'll see your new site in the drop-down menu and in the Your loyalty programs section.
During the installation process, a pop-up will prompt you to book a call with our Sales representative.
Instead, please contact your LoyaltyLion Customer Success Manager or email our support team at support@loyaltylion.com to discuss the feature charge and unlock your new production store.
