PostPilot and LoyaltyLion seamlessly integrate to nurture customers throughout the loyalty program lifecycle. Including a physical touchpoint and surprise and delight experience in the loyalty workflow will grow stronger customer-merchant relationships, increase LTV, and improve general engagement with loyalty programs.

Using PostPilot Flows, merchants can trigger postcards to dispatch at any of the following events:

- A customer moves up a loyalty program tier

- A customer moves down a loyalty program tier

- A customer has a new reward available

- A customer has a reward available and has not redeemed it in 1 month

- A customer has redeemed a reward

- A customer is close to moving up a tier

The integration currently allows for PostPilot customers to segment their subscribers by two dimensions:

1) Loyalty Point Balance

2) Enrolled in a Loyalty program

1. In LoyaltyLion, select Manage.

2. On the left-side navigation panel, select Settings under Configuration.

3. Scroll down to the Token and secret section. Copy both the Token and Secret keys or write them down—you'll need to enter them in PostPilot.

4. Head to your PostPilot dashboard and select Integration, then select Loyalty Lion and click 'Connect'.

5. Enter your LoyaltyLion Token in the Token field, then enter your LoyaltyLion Secret Key in the Secret field. 6. Select Save.

7. Your integration with LoyaltyLion is now active. Head over to the Flows section to build your first automated Flow.
