PostPilot and LoyaltyLion work together to nurture customers throughout the loyalty program lifecycle. Including a physical touchpoint and surprise and delight experience in the loyalty workflow will grow stronger customer-merchant relationships, increase LTV, and improve general engagement with loyalty programs.
How does the PostPilot integration work?
Using PostPilot Flows, merchants can trigger postcards to dispatch at any of the following events:
A customer moves up a loyalty program tier
A customer moves down a loyalty program tier
A customer has a new reward available
A customer has a reward available and has not redeemed it in 1 month
A customer has redeemed a reward
A customer is close to moving up a tier
The integration currently allows for PostPilot customers to segment their subscribers by two dimensions:
Loyalty points balance
Enrolled in a loyalty program
How to integrate PostPilot with LoyaltyLion
In LoyaltyLion, go to Settings, then General.
Scroll down to the Token and secret section. Copy the Token and Secret, because you'll enter them in PostPilot.
In your PostPilot dashboard, select Integrations, then select LoyaltyLion and click Connect.
Enter your LoyaltyLion Token in the Token field and your Secret in the Secret field.
Click Save.
Your integration with LoyaltyLion is now active. Go to the Flows section in PostPilot to build your first automated flow.
