Please note that using one Drip account with more than one LoyaltyLion program is not supported

Why Drip and LoyaltyLion?

Drip utilises your LoyaltyLion data, which can be used to segment your customers by anniversary, birthday, points totals or loyalty tier. You can trigger behaviour-based workflows based on these properties, or any loyalty actions, as well as personalise email and SMS contents with customer properties.

Benefits of integrating with Drip

Use your LoyaltyLion data to better segment your customers. Drive better engagement when you send targeted, personalized messages. Want to thank your most loyal customers? Send them a follow-up email or SMS when they reach a certain point threshold as a reward for their loyalty.

Trigger automated emails based on LoyaltyLion actions like levelling up tiers, your customer's birthday, or on their loyalty program anniversary date. Notify customers when they level up a tier, and drive them to your store to redeem their reward.

How to integrate LoyaltyLion with Drip

  1. Within a Drip account, navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Select the LoyaltyLion integration icon to access the instructions page.

  3. Click the Connect button. You will be redirected to LoyaltyLion, and must sign in if you aren’t already.

  4. Review the permissions and click Authorize to complete setup.

The integration is handled completely within Drip, and further instructions can be found in their Connect Drip and LoyaltyLion article.

How to segment your customers in Drip

You can segment your customers using the above properties within Drip. For example, if you wanted to create a Birthday flow, that sends out an email on the customer's birthday, you would want to segment it like so:

Another example would be celebrating your customer's anniversary as a loyal member of your store. Here is an example of that segmentation:
