Overview
ConnectPOS is a point-of-sale system that works with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Commercetools, on PC, Android and iOS. Connect it to LoyaltyLion and your staff can see a customer’s points and rewards at the register.
How to connect ConnectPOS
In LoyaltyLion, go to Settings, then Program settings, find the Token and secret section, and copy both values.
Log in to ConnectPOS and click the three lines in the top left corner.
Select Settings.
Click Module.
Find LoyaltyLion in the list and click Install. You see a Module installed notification.
Click the Setting button beside LoyaltyLion.
Enter your token and secret, and save.
How to use LoyaltyLion in ConnectPOS
Open the ConnectPOS app. If your program uses the loyalty widget, you see it at the bottom of the screen.
If your program uses the loyalty page, you find it under LoyaltyLion, below the cart total.
Select the customer in the cart. The widget or loyalty page refreshes with their points and the rewards available to them.
