Overview
Mesa builds no-code automation workflows for Shopify stores. Connect it to LoyaltyLion and your workflows can look up loyalty customers and add points.
How to connect Mesa
The first time you set up a LoyaltyLion workflow in Mesa, create a credential through Mesa’s LoyaltyLion app.
Log in to LoyaltyLion when asked.
Click Authorize to approve Mesa’s access.
Mesa then shows your LoyaltyLion credential as configured.
Adding points to a customer in Mesa
To add points, you first need the customer’s Merchant Id.
Add a List Customer step. Under Advanced Options, search by email using the form email={{token}}, where {{token}} is a customer email from the tokens selector.
In the Add Points step, use the tokens selector to pick the customer’s Merchant Id from the List Customer step.
The email search matches any customer whose email contains what you search for, so it can return more than one customer. Check you are using the right one.
