Overview
Glew is a business intelligence platform for ecommerce. Connect it to LoyaltyLion and your loyalty data sits beside your store data in Glew’s dashboards and reports, so you can:
See how your loyalty program affects revenue
Segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns
Automate daily, weekly and monthly reports
How to connect Glew
You need an active or trial Glew account, and an active LoyaltyLion subscription.
Go to Store Settings, then Integrations, and click LoyaltyLion.
Review the details and click Continue.
Start the connection, and log in to LoyaltyLion when asked to approve it.
Your LoyaltyLion account is then connected. You can come back to the LoyaltyLion integration in Store Settings to review it, reconnect, or connect a different LoyaltyLion account.
When you are ready, click the Import banner at the top of the screen to start bringing your LoyaltyLion data into Glew.
The time an import takes depends on how many customers are in it, so give it enough time to complete. Use 24–72 hours as a rough estimate. Glew emails you when it finishes, and after that your data updates hourly.
