How to integrate LoyaltyLion with Plobal Apps?
1. Make sure you are on a Plobal Apps Power Plan or above. You can find Plobal pricing here.
2. Check if LoyaltyLion is installed on your Shopify store
3. Login to the Plobal Apps dashboard here
4. On the left, select Customize
5. Click on the Integrations
6. Scroll down to find LoyaltyLion Integration in the list and switch it on to Request to Enable. This will notify Plobal Customer Success and Tech Support, who will integrate LoyaltyLion in the backend.
Note: An app update might be required. After the app update, the Android version goes live within 24 - 48 hours and iOS version takes 6 - 7 working days. You can find this information and more by going to Plobal Apps Help documentation here.
7. Once LoyaltyLion is enabled, Request to enable button will be replaced with an on/off toggle button that will let you switch the feature on and off
