Overview
Plobal Apps builds native mobile apps for Shopify stores, with push notifications and customizable layouts. Connect it to LoyaltyLion and your loyalty program appears in your app.
How to connect Plobal Apps
Check you are on Plobal’s Power plan or above, and that LoyaltyLion is installed on your Shopify store.
Log in to the Plobal Apps dashboard.
On the left, select Customize.
Click Integrations.
Find LoyaltyLion Integration and switch it to Request to Enable. Plobal’s team then connects LoyaltyLion for you.
Once LoyaltyLion is enabled, the Request to Enable button becomes an on/off toggle you can use to turn the feature on and off.
Your app may need an update before loyalty appears. After the update, Plobal says the Android version goes live within 24–48 hours and the iOS version within 6–7 working days.
