How does the Stay.ai integration work?
Integrating Stay.ai with LoyaltyLion allows your current customers to spend their loyalty points on money off, or percentage off discounts, on their current subscription orders. This allows all of your customers to take advantage of your loyalty program, wherever they are in your subscription stages.
How to integrate Stay.ai with LoyaltyLion
Login to your LoyaltyLion account.
Click the Manage tab.
On the left find Rewards and click Create new reward.
Click on Discount.
You will now be able to set the discount to work on One-Off Purchases, Subscription Purchases, or Both. Choose Subscription or Both, dependent on the strategy.
You can also select whether this discount will apply to only the first payment, multiple recurring payments, or all recurring payments.
First Payment - This is Shopify Terminology and refers to a single subscription payment. Discount codes with this distinction can apply to any subscription order, not just the first.
Save the Discount.
Subscription codes created from this Discount Reward can then be used against subscriptions created by Stay AI.
How to use a LoyaltyLion discount on a subscription
1. The customers need to visit your LoyaltyLion Rewards page and click Rewards.
2. The customer clicks the reward they would like to receive.
3. The customer redeems the reward.
4. The customer copies the reward code.
5. The customer pastes the reward code into the Apply Discount Code field in the Stay AI Customer Portal and hits the Apply button.
