Why Zendesk and LoyaltyLion?

Zendesk helps you improve customer relationships through communication and support. 

Using LoyaltyLion and Zendesk together, you can view your customer’s loyalty data and use these insights to resolve customer queries in a more meaningful way. The integration helps you to improve your customer satisfaction rates, increase customer engagement and retention all while nurturing your customers through to conversion.

Benefits of integrating with Zendesk

  • Have full access to every customers’ loyalty profile: view your customer’s loyalty profile when interacting with customers. See their loyalty tier, birthday, points balance and rewards claimed.

  • Respond to queries with informed insights: use past purchase behaviour to understand if a customer is loyal, at-risk or in need of winning back – and personalise your help desk response to improve the customer experience. 

  • Encourage customers to refer friends: access your customer’s unique referral URL directly in your help desk platform and include it in your responses. This way you’re prompting customers you’re already engaging with to refer their friends.

How to integrate LoyaltyLion with Zendesk?

1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account
2. Click on the tab Manage

3. On the left find Integrations and click Manage 

4. Find Zendesk on the list and click Install Integration button

5. Insert your Zendesk URL and click Install 

FAQs:

Why isn't all of my customer information pulling through?

The Zendesk integration will only work with one site. If you have multiple sites (for example a US and an UK store) which ever is the first store to be connect will be the one the connection will show for per Zendesk account. At this time this can not be changed once connected

For this reason we do not recommend that you connect Zendesk to any test stores
