This feature is available only for Shopify merchants that use tiers feature. Tiers are available on Advanced and Plus Plans.
To enable tier tag for your enrolled customers, first
Tier tags will display in Shopify after we're finished with the initial metafields sync. Please note, the initial sync can take a couple of hours, depending on how many customers you have. After that time, we'll update your customers' tags in real time.
How do the tier tags look
Your program members will be automatically tagged with tier: TierName. For example, a tag for a customer in Gold tier will look like this:
Whenever a customer moves up or down a tier, we'll push that update to Shopify in real time.
How to search for customers in a tier in Shopify
In Shopify admin go to Customers.
Click Filter customers and select Tagged with.
Input the name of the tag
tier: XXX, replacingXXXwith your tier name.
