Use our AI to analyse how customers who redeem birthday rewards behave versus those who do not. The system identifies which product rewards and incentives drive the most desirable behaviour change.

When customers enter their birthday window, we update the customer tag on Shopify, which you can use to trigger marketing communications. As customers move out of their birthday window, we will delete the tag.
Reporting
Each campaign includes a summary that shows its recall impact. Four core metrics are provided:
Customers: Number of customers who completed the campaign journey
Orders: Number of orders placed by customers included in the campaign
Average order value: Total campaign sales divided by total campaign orders
Attributed sales: Total order revenue, net of refunds and discounts, generated by customers in the campaign
FAQ
Why can’t I run overlapping Birthday Bundle campaigns?
Birthday campaigns cannot overlap because customers are tracked as being “in their birthday window” at the customer record level, and that state is synced to third parties. When a campaign ends, customers who are already in their birthday window must be allowed to finish receiving their benefits for the remainder of that window. Starting a new campaign before those windows close would create conflicts and data integrity issues.
To keep things clean, the current campaign automatically ends at the end of the active birthday window based on today’s date, whether that window is a week, month, or another configuration. You can fully set up and schedule the next campaign in advance, but it cannot start until the previous birthday window has fully closed. This effectively creates a required cooldown period between birthday campaigns.
Do birthday rewards show up as normal rewards?
They don't have to. You can configure specific rewards to be trigger-based, so they appear only in the birthday bundle campaign.
Can I edit a birthday bundle campaign once it is live?
Yes. Due to the nature of the campaign, it may require editing after launch.
Why can't I create a campaign with draft tiers?
Campaign configurations rely heavily on tier settings, and publishing tiers or a campaign at the same time may have undesirable consequences.
What happens to refunded orders and points earned?
Partial and full refunds are handled exactly the same way and will be proportionate to the value refunded and points earned for the order at the time the order was placed.
What happens with rewarding historic purchases?
Points are earned for historic purchases at the time of account creation. So if a campaign is active, the customer will earn points for the historical order based on that campaign's earning rate.
What happens to my existing product and collection modifiers?
They are respected. Campaign multipliers are applied on top of existing multipliers. For example, a 2x campaign applied to a 0x modifier remains 0x, and a 2x campaign applied to a 0.5x modifier results in a 1x multiplier.
Fixed-rate modifiers, such as earning 100 points, are not affected by campaign multipliers.
What happens if I have the Birthday Rule active?
Customers will still receive the benefits from the Birthday Rule, in the form of points or a discount-based reward. Birthday Bundles offer a window-based earning rule and free product selection.
What type of product reward can I offer as part of the Birthday Bundle?
You can offer a selection of Seamless Free Product reward types for the shopper to claim.
Do Birthday Bundles work with headless programs?
Yes! It will work in the same way as your purchase rule across all channels: web, app and POS.
