Why Smartrr?

Built with your end customer in mind, Smartrr increases brand engagement and LTV with a variety of out-of-the-box subscription models, a beautifully branded subscriber account experience, member-only benefits, and more. Join the likes of high-growth brands such as Starface, Remi, The Earthling, Stix, and Jolie who have seen an average of 15X more sales over the lifetime of a subscriber.

The benefits of integrating with Smartrr

Out-of-the-box advanced subscription programs allow you to get up and running with your subscription program with ease.

Account portal features optimized for CLTV such as gifting, exclusive product offerings, subscriber-only discounts, referrals, retention tracking

A fully customizable account portal allows you to show your branding every step of the way.

How does the Smartrr integration work?

The integration with Smartrr makes use of the subscription discounts found in LoyaltyLion. This way, you can create vouchers for initial subscriptions, active subscriptions, and also discount codes that affect multiple subscription orders.

This allows all of your customers to take advantage of your loyalty program, wherever they are in your subscription stages.

How to integrate Smartrr with LoyaltyLion

  1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account.

  2. Click on the tab Manage.

  3. On the left find Activity rules and click Create new reward.

  4. Click on Discount.

  5. You will now be able to set the discount to work on One-Off Purchases, Subscription Purchases, or Both. Choose Subscription or Both, dependent on the strategy.

  6. You can also choose whether this discount will apply to only the first payment, multiple recurring payments, or all recurring payments.

  7. Save the Discount.

  8. Subscription codes created from this Discount Reward can then be used against subscriptions created by Smartrr.
