After supporting and developing features on Lightspeed for over four years, we will no longer be supporting Lightspeed from August 16th, 2019.
That means that LoyaltyLion will not be available for installation from the Lightspeed App Store.
This was purely a commercial decision, and we hope you understand.
What does this mean for you?
From August 16th 2019 you will no longer be able to use LoyaltyLion in your store or login to the LoyaltyLion admin panel through Lightspeed (note: you will still be able to access/export your historical data post the cut off date on the LoyaltyLion admin panel by going to app.loyaltylion.com and entering your username and password).
If you wish to cancel your subscription and stop using LoyaltyLion services before August 16th you can do so at any point before your next billing cycle. To do this please just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle the cancellation for you.
What should I tell my customers?
You can tell your customers they have until August 16th to exchange their points for rewards.
After August 16th any unused points can be converted into rewards for them to use. To convert points into a reward simply download your members' points history, from your customers' section, decide what reward value to give each customer and create the rewards via the Lightspeed voucher system.
