Loyaltylion emails are key to your loyalty program success! This feature will make sure your customers know that they have rewards available - making them come back to your store to use it on their next purchase!

Tip: Make sure you customise your emails to your store branding - this is key to ensure your customers recognize the emails as part of your store and to keep your customers engaged in your loyalty program.

Customise loyalty panel and widget

Embed the panel on a page or put it in a header! Make it easier for customers to find your program and easier for you to share your program with customers by providing them with the URL. We will also give you access to CSS editor where you can make the panel and widget look completely on brand!

Tip: Embedding the panel on the page is very straightforward. If you decide to have further customisation it requires CSS knowledge.

Customise language

You can choose from multiple languages, in addition, you can further customise the program in terms of phrases, the terminology of your program to match your branding. 

Tip: Don't like the word points? What about diamonds, bucks or stars? Change any text in LoyaltyLion to match your brand!
