Review Your Program 🔎
Design Check: Before launching your loyalty program, take a moment to review the design elements of your programme. Make sure your program's aesthetics match your brand identity.
Functionality Check: Make sure all features and buttons trigger the intended points and actions If you have utilised our SDK and explored additional customization options available for your loyalty page, please ensure it aligns with your brand's style and message.
Program Visibility 👀
Shopify Visibility: Check that the Loyalty page is "visible" within your Shopify store settings.
Call to Action (CTA): Include a clear Call to Action (CTA) for your loyalty program in either the header and/or footer of your website.
Loyalty Lion Visibility: Ensure that your Loyalty page is also set to "visible" in the Loyalty Lion platform. This can be found under the ‘Loyalty Page’ section within the manage tab.
In-App Notifications: Activate your chosen in-app Loyalty Lion notifications to keep current and new customers informed of the programme and its features
Social Media 📸
Content Preparation: Prepare your chosen content for social media marketing. This content should effectively promote your loyalty program and engage your audience.
ESP Integration: Verify that your Email Service Provider (ESP) is integrated with Loyalty Lion, if we have a relevant integration with.\
Email Design and Content: Check the design and content of your loyalty program emails. Ensure they are visually appealing and convey the program's benefits clearly.
Email Activation: Confirm that your email notifications are turned on to keep your customers informed about their loyalty points and rewards.
Launching Your Program: Go to your Loyalty Lion admin and click ‘Launch Program’. Please do not worry if your programme does not appear straight away on your site, there can be a small delay which should not be more than 5 minutes
