Receipt

If you're paying for LoyaltyLion directly (not through your store platform provider), we will send you a receipt to your email address each month.

These receipts come from receipts+generatednumber@stripe.com with a subject: Your receipt from LoyaltyLion #number.

Invoice

If you'd like to download your new or past invoices, you can do this by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your LoyaltyLion account: https://app.loyaltylion.com/login

2. At the top of the page, click on your name and select Account from the drop-down menu

3. If you pay for LoyaltyLion directly, on the left you should see a tab Billing

4. On the next screen you should see all the past invoices. You'll be able to download them by scrolling down to Payments and clicking on the Download invoice

Q. How can I change the email address my receipts are sent to?

In order to change the email the receipts get delivered to or add a new one, please get in touch with our support team support@loyaltylion.com

Q. I received the receipt, but I can't see the invoice in my Billing section, why?

It might take up to 24h for your invoice to show up in your Billing section. If you can't see the invoice after this time, please get in touch with our support team.
