The loyalty panel is our legacy on-site interface. We don't offer it to new programs, and we aren't adding new features to it.

Overview
Some older programs still use the loyalty panel. Your customers open it from a widget in the corner of your store, and you can also embed the loyalty panel on a page of its own.
Customizing the loyalty panel
You manage the loyalty panel from Display, then Store components, on the Loyalty panel and widget card:
Customize panel shows a preview of the panel as your customers see it, and holds the text for the panel's Help page, which you can format with Markdown.
Customize widget sets how the widget looks, and whether it appears on your store at all, with Include on my store?
If your plan includes it, the Customize panel page also has a Custom CSS editor. We no longer document CSS for the loyalty panel, so contact our Support team at support@loyaltylion.com if you need help changing how it looks.
FAQ
How do I see the loyalty panel as a guest customer?
The preview on the Customize panel page can show the loyalty panel as a signed-in member or as a guest:
Go to Display, then Store components.
On the Loyalty panel and widget card, click Customize panel.
Turn Enable on to see the panel as a signed-in member, or off to see it as a guest.
