The loyalty pop-up and widget are for stores on the Free and Small Business plans. On the Classic plan and above, we recommend the Loyalty Page instead.

Overview
The loyalty widget is a button that shows on every page of your store. When a customer clicks it, the loyalty pop-up opens, where they can join your program, earn points and claim rewards. You customize both in LoyaltyLion, with no CSS.
Where to customize the pop-up and widget
These options appear once you've finished setting up and launched your program, using the express setup checklist.
In LoyaltyLion, go to Display > Store components.
On the Loyalty widget card, click Customize.
Choose a tab: Global, Popup, Widget or Content.
Click Save Changes. Your changes show on your store within a few minutes.
Global settings
The Global tab of the loyalty widget editor sets what applies to both the pop-up and the widget:
Theme colors: your Primary and Secondary colors, based on your branding.
Position on your site: show the widget on the Left or Right. If your store has a chat widget, choose the side where the two won't overlap.
Visibility: uncheck Show UI to hide the pop-up and widget from your customers.
Popup settings
The Popup tab of the loyalty widget editor sets how the pop-up looks and what it says. Under Colors, choose whether your Primary or Secondary color is used for each part of the pop-up.
Change the welcome message
Under Home, change the welcome message your customers see when they open the pop-up.
Change the sign-up message
Under Signup / Login, change the text your guest customers see before they join.
Widget settings
The Widget tab of the loyalty widget editor sets the Colors of the widget button: its background color and its text color. You set where it sits on the Global tab.
Content settings
The Content tab of the loyalty widget editor holds the FAQs in your pop-up. Change or translate the questions and answers there.
FAQ
Can I remove the widget from my store?
Yes. On the Global tab, under Visibility, uncheck Show UI, and then click Save Changes.
I'm on the Classic plan or above. Can I use the pop-up and widget?
On the Classic plan and above, we recommend the Loyalty Page instead of the pop-up and widget. To find out more, contact your Account Manager or our Support team.
Can I show the widget on only certain pages of my store?
No. The widget shows on every page of your store.
Why did my widget stop showing on my store?
The widget needs the LoyaltyLion SDK on your store. We check every 2 hours that the SDK is still on your store, and email you if it's gone. We don't reinstall it for you.
On Shopify, check that the LoyaltyLion SDK app embed is turned on in your live theme, especially if you've just changed theme. If you still can't see the widget, contact support@loyaltylion.com.
