You can now manage your customers' birthdays if for any reason they have entered the wrong date. This only applies to customers that have already entered their birthday through the loyalty widget, panel, or page.
To prevent abuse, we only give birthday points once per year - if a customer received points for their wrong birthday, they will receive birthday points on the correct date next year.
How to change birthdays:
1. Go to Dashboard > Customers > Find your customer.
2. Click Actions > Change birthday.
3. Insert the correct date and you're all finished.
Please bear in mind that we require birthdays to be more than five years ago and less than 110 years ago. So for example, on 5 August 2021, you can set a birthday to a minimum of 5 August 2016.
