LoyaltyLion supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so you can connect AI assistants like Claude directly to your loyalty program. Once connected, you can ask questions in plain language and get answers based on your live account data — no need to dig through reports or exports.
What you can ask
"How is my loyalty program set up?"
"How many new members did I gain each month this year?"
"Which earning rule drove the most points last month?"
"What's the points balance and tier for [customer email]?"
The assistant can access your program configuration (earning rules, rewards, tiers, expiry policies), analytics (members, points, orders, revenue, customer lifetime value), customer details, and order information.
Access is read-only — assistants can view data but can't make changes to your program.

Available to all merchants on the Classic plan and above.
How to set it up
The easiest way is to install the LoyaltyLion connector from Claude's directory using your LoyaltyLion account login — no API key needed. Other MCP-compatible clients (e.g. Cursor, VS Code) connect using a Program API key.
