Default FAQ for your Loyalty Page

Overview:

All LoyaltyLion pages created with the Theme Editor come with a default FAQ, to ensure that your customers are informed about the program, and reduce the incoming questions for your customer care team.


How to add or edit a FAQ block

  1. From your LoyaltyLion Dashboard, click on 'Manage', and then 'Display'. Click on 'Customize' in the Loyalty Page section, and then 'Launch Theme Editor'.

  2. When the preview page opens up, your can click on Page in the top left, which will open up the pane on the right hand side with all your page blocks. You can then click the edit button, on the FAQ block.

  3. At the bottom of that pane, you will see all of your current FAQ entries as blocks. You can click on those blocks to edit both the question and the answer, and you can use the Add Block button to add a new question/answer to your FAQ.


Default FAQ

  • How does our loyalty program work?

    Earn points when you shop and complete other activities, then turn those points into different rewards. It’s a simple way for us to give back and reward you for being part of our community.

  • Who can join?

    Joining is free and open to everyone. Create an account to start earning points, or sign in if you’re already a customer to begin enjoying your rewards.

  • How do I earn points?

    Earn points every time you shop, as well as through other activities available in the program. Head to the Earn Points section to see all the ways you can earn points.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Once logged in, head to the Rewards section. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for available rewards.

  • What do different point statuses mean?

    Approved: These points are available to exchange for rewards.

    Pending: These points are being verified and will become available soon.

    Cancelled: These points won’t be added to your account, such as when an order is cancelled or fully refunded.

  • What happens if I refer a friend, and they cancel or return their order?

    If a referred purchase is cancelled or returned, the referral points linked to that order will no longer be awarded and will be removed from your account.

  • Can I use my points directly in the checkout?

    To use your points, exchange them for a voucher in the Rewards section, then copy the voucher code and apply at checkout.

  • How long does it take to receive my points?

    For some activities, you will get the points instantly, or after you refresh your screen. Other activities may have a waiting period. Even during this waiting period, you should be able to see your points as pending in your History section.

  • How do I leave the loyalty program?

    If you no longer wish to be a part of our Loyalty program, please contact us directly.

  • Where can I report a problem or give feedback?

    Feel free to reach out through our regular contact channels, to report a problem or share your feedback with us.



Things to consider

We do not include any FAQ's around certain topics that are based on specific setups, or dependent on how specific features have been configured, such as rewards or points expiry.

The default FAQ provides more general advice to customers that covers the main topics of our core loyalty offering, but depending on your setup, you may need to adjust the defaults to fit your program build.
