Installing the Klaviyo integration

1. Navigate to your integrations portal here and click 'Install Integration' next to Klaviyo

2. Follow the instructions on the page.

3. Click 'Install integration'

What fields are synchronised to Klaviyo?

We currently sync the following merge fields to each member:

  • Points (total, approved, pending, spent, lifetime)
  • Number of rewards claimed
  • Date enrolled in the program
  • Customer's unique referral link
  • Loyalty Tier
  • Birthday

Using LoyaltyLion fields in Klaviyo emails

Every field is exposed as a merge field and can be used in emails the same way as other fields like "FNAME". Here is the complete list of merge fields we sync:

Total Points:  LL_POINTS_TOTAL 

Approved points: LL_POINTS_APPROVED 

Pending points: LL_POINTS_PENDING 

Lifetime points: LL_POINTS_LIFETIME 

Spent points: LL_POINTS_SPENT 

Number of rewards claimed: LL_REWARDS_CLAIMED 

Date enrolled in program: LL_ENROLL_DATE    

Referral URL: LL_REFERRAL_URL  

Loyalty Tier: LL_LOYALTY_TIER 

Birthday: LL_BIRTHDAY
