Installing the HubSpot integration

1. Navigate to your integrations portal here and click 'Install Integration' next to HubSpot

2. Follow the instructions on the page.

3. Click 'Install integration'

What fields are synchronised to HubSpot?

We currently sync the following merge fields to each member:

  • Points (total, approved, pending, spent, lifetime)
  • Number of rewards claimed
  • Date enrolled in the program
  • Customer's unique referral link
  • Loyalty Tier
  • Birthday

Using LoyaltyLion fields in HubSpot emails

Every field is exposed as a merge field and can be used in emails the same way as other fields like "FNAME". Here is the complete list of merge fields we sync:
