Why LoyaltyLion and Recharge?

Using LoyaltyLion and Recharge together allows you to offer additional rewards and benefits to customers who become subscribers.

Installing the Recharge integration

1. Navigate to your integrations' portal here and click 'Install Integration' next to Recharge

2. Click on 'Install integration' and follow the steps.

Recharge referrals

The Recharge integration allows you to reward customers who refer friends to subscription-based products, as well as one-off purchases. When your customers trigger the "refer-a-friend" rule, they will now receive points if the referred customer purchases a subscription-based product.

Common questions:

Are my Recharge customers automatically enrolled in the program?
Customers will only become enrolled in the program when they create an account in your store.

Will customers get points for subscription orders even if they don't have Recharge integration with LoyaltyLion?

Subscription orders are still orders, therefore customer will still get points for them.
