About money off reward
This reward gives your customer a set money off discount. Setting a number of money off rewards is a great way to improve customer engagement.
Money off rewards are the most popular reward. Research states 71% of consumers decide to join a loyalty program because of money off discount every purchase.
How to set up money off reward?
1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account
2. Click on the tab Manage
3. On the left find Rewards and click on Create new reward
4. Find Money off
5. Amend the options:
Enter Discount amount (cost to redeem will be calculated automatically based on your AOV. You can amend it by clicking on Enter a different cost)
[optional] Set Minimum spend
[optional] enter Collection ID
Note: we suggest setting your core money off rewards without the minimum spend. This way your customers will be encouraged to come back and make their second purchase in your store.
6. Click Create in the bottom right corner

Q. Can I change the settings for money off reward?
You should not change the points needed for the reward, discount amount, collection or minimum spend, once the reward is live. To change this refund existing reward using the Manage codes and refunding a reward for each customer, delete the reward, and create a new one.
