I'm worried about customers abusing the program, what have you done to minimise this?

To avoid customers abusing the program we have designed a ‘pending points’ feature which prevents your customers from using their points to collect a reward then returning the item. 

You can manage the number of days points are pending by following the below:

  • To do this go to manage > view rules > edit the purchase rule and you'll see the 'pending points' days > change to your preference and save.
