Why has a referral not registered?

A referral may not have registered due to the following:

  • customer checked out in a different browser
  • customer checked out in same browser but after 24hrs
  • the order total was less than the stated minimum spend
  • the order total was less than the minimum spend once their discount was applied (if they had a discount to use)

*If you are unsure about a referral, please email support@loyaltylion.com with both email addresses (existing customer and new customer - referred person) we will then take a look for you to confirm.
