You can offer your customers points when they follow you on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. These activity rules are a good way to increase your store's social awareness as well as offering your customers additional ways to engage with your loyalty program.

Success tip: We would advise keeping the

amount

of points you offer for the social following rules to a low number - for example 20 points for each rule (based on your setup being 5 pts/$1 spent).

Common Questions

  1. Could not connect to Facebook message in my loyalty panel

Facebook will only connect once you launch your loyalty program.

2. Facebook widget doesn't appear on my panel

We use the page plugin for our Facebook like rule.
Facebook has a limitation on this plugin "You can use the Page plugin for any Page that is not restricted, for example, by country or age." If the page is restricted for any of these reasons the Facebook like rule will not work as intended.
