Why would I want to change voucher prefixes?

LoyaltyLion gives you the ability to change prefixes of all your rewards to make them more customized and in tune with your site. You can amend prefixes of every single voucher reward offered in LoyaltyLion and change the prefix from a default LL to your own (up to 10 characters).

You can use this to differentiate between rewards and referral vouchers from regular coupons (and can make your Accounting Team's life easier!)

Shopify merchants are also able to add emojis to their prefixes!

Please be aware that changing the voucher prefix of the checkout redemption slider is not supported.

How to change the voucher's prefix?

1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account
2. Click on the tab Manage

3. On the left find Rewards and click on Create new reward

4. Select any reward that uses voucher codes (for example Money off voucher) and fill in the details. You'll be able to customize your voucher prefix with up to 10 characters that will appear at the beginning of the generated voucher code.

5. Remember to save the reward.
