This also helps us move away from advanced customization that was based only on CSS Editor and introduce a more merchant-friendly version!

Where to access design options?
Note: options presented below will be available to you once you finish the setup
and launch the program.

In order to customize your loyalty panel and widget follow the instructions below:
1. Login to your LoyaltyLion account
2. Click on the tab Manage

3. On the left find Customize and select Program design

4. You'll see all design options available to you

Customization options
Theme colors
Select two colors that will work best with your site's design and decide on the color of the elements.
Choose which color, Primary or Secondary will be used for specific elements of your popup.
Change the welcome message
Click on the Home, to amend the Welcome message and make it look more on brand
Change the signup message
Click on Sign up/Login to change the text your guest shoppers will see
Change the FAQ section
Click on the Content section right next to Design to amend or translate the FAQ section of your widget

Select background color of the widget button
Decide on the color of the text
Set the position on your site
Hit save changes and you'll see those pull through to your site in the next few minutes

Can I remove the widget from my site page?
Yes - uncheck the "Show on Page"
I'm on the Advanced/Plus plan - can I get the popup?
At the moment, the version of the loyalty program that we recommend for the Advanced and Plus plans is our loyalty page. If you'd like to know more, feel free to contact your account manager or our support team.
Can I show the widget on only certain pages of my site?
The widget was designed to show on every page of the website. It is not possible for it to show on only certain pages at present.
My widget stopped showing on the site - why is this?
If you recently made changes to your theme on your platform, this can delete our SDK and cause the widget to disappear. We check to make sure that the SDK is on your every 24 hours and reinstall it automatically.
