We believe the way we price up our packages is of an advantage to our customers, our reasoning for this is we price based on how many orders you receive a month, as apposed to pricing based on how many customers you have.
Example: You could have 2,000 customers one month then 2,010 the next month (but receive the same amount of orders) which means your subscription with us will not change. This is not the case for alternative loyalty programs.
- Why do we price on orders? Using orders means you only pay when your store is generating revenue. We won't charge you for historic customers in your Shopify account who no longer purchase.
- Why don't we price on customers? We feel this is unfair to you the customer as you may have a high level of customers but a lower level of orders.
