How do I delete/ remove points from a customer?

In your merchant account, find the member you need to amend the points for > click into their account > in the top right hand corner there is a button 'remove points' > click here, it will ask you to enter the amount of points to remove and the reason.

* Please remember that for cancelled and refunded orders - the points are automatically removed through LL so you do not need to manually adjust these.

*If you do feel a customer has not had their points deducted correctly, please email us at support@loyaltylion.com and we can look into this for you.
